  • A Virtual Assistant takes time consuming tasks off your plate, helping you stay organized, responsive, and focused on growth. With consistent support behind the scenes, your business runs more smoothly and efficiently.

  • Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Weekend and after hours support is available upon request at an adjusted hourly rate.

  • Communication is built around your preferences. Whether you prefer email, Slack, Zoom, or a project management tool, I integrate into your existing systems to keep everything organized, clear, and easy to manage.

  • Yes. A short term trial allows us to establish workflow, communication style, and expectations before committing to a longer term partnership. It ensures that the experience feels aligned, efficient, and genuinely supportive from the start.

  • Services are offered in a way that supports consistency and ease, whether through hourly support, monthly retainer packages, or project based work. Retainers are often the most effective option, as they provide dedicated time and ongoing support.

  • A minimum monthly commitment ensures that I can dedicate focused time to your business and provide meaningful, consistent support rather than one off task completion.

  • Your business and information are treated with complete discretion. I operate with professionalism at all times, and non disclosure agreements are available if desired to provide additional peace of mind.

  • Absolutely. You maintain full ownership and access to all systems, accounts, and platforms. My role is to support and manage, not to take control away from you.

  • Secure tools and best practices are used to protect your information, including password managers and controlled access systems. Care is taken to ensure your data remains private and protected at all times.

  • The best place to start is with tasks that take up time but do not require your direct involvement, such as inbox management, scheduling, or repetitive admin work. These are often the quickest way to create immediate relief and free up your energy.

  • Additional hours or expanded services can be added based on availability. As your business grows or seasons shift, support can adjust to meet those changes.

  • Unused hours may roll over for up to 30 days. Rollover is capped at a portion of your monthly retainer (based on your selected package). Rollover hours are only valid with an active retainer and expire if unused. Hours do not carry monetary value and are non-refundable.

  • Yes. Flexibility is built into the experience, with clear communication around any changes. The goal is to create a partnership that works for both of us while respecting your evolving needs.

  • Open, honest communication is always encouraged. If something feels off, we’ll address it quickly and make adjustments to ensure the experience meets your expectations.

  • Yes. I work with a select number of clients to ensure each receives dedicated attention, consistent communication, and high quality support. Workloads are carefully managed so nothing feels delayed or overlooked.
